Blaine

Blaine is such a cutie! He has such a great personality and I just love to photograph him!! We had so much fun playing during his session and his expressions are so adorable! Mommy & Daddy love him so much and I can't wait to get them their new wall portrait for them to display in their home! It is going to be awesome!!!

Caleb

Caleb is a senior at Coweta High School. We photographed his session back when the heat was out of control, so he had to get up bright and early for a 7am session. He was a very good sport and his portraits turned out great! He even let me have fun with one of his portraits with his Bible. I love how it turned out! Have a great senior year Caleb!

Little Cowboy

This is Lizzy's big brother, Anthony. We decided to photograph him and his sister the day before he started Kindergarten. His mommy was a bit of a basket case because he was going to school all day for the first time. I think this was a nice way to get her mind off of it... at least for an hour or so. :) Regardless of the crazy heat that day he really did great. I love this little cowboy! He is just adorable!

Lizzy

I love this little pink cowgirl! She has such a fun personality. This was actually photographed at the beginning of the school year... when the weather was ridiculously hot!! We had to work really fast but Lizzy was so good that day. This session was planned at the last minute, but you definitely can't tell. Her portraits turned out beautiful. She is always such a joy to photograph!

Haley

Haley is a senior at Coweta High School. She was so easy to photograph and such a great sport! She let me try lots of new ideas and backgrounds and the results were awesome! This session was fun for me because she just let me do whatever I wanted. I love it when I get to do that!!! We plan to do an outdoor part 2 session soon to really show her personality, so stay tuned for that one! :)

Hunter

Hunter is now a senior at Coweta High School. The first time I met Hunter was quite an adventure! She showed me around the locations where she wanted to be photographed and we got stuck in some mud! I just have to say that she was definitely the muddin' queen that day! LOL!

I photographed 2 completely different sessions of Hunter. The first session was at her grandparents place. It was beautiful & full of memories for her. I especially enjoyed photographing her with her dog & her horse that evening. The second session was at her dad's shop in Broken Arrow. I loved that session! We had so much fun with her old car and her dad's Harley.

We had way too many favorites of Hunter to post but here are a few of our top favorites...

Facebook Fight For Brittany Fotos

Last fall we hosted a fundraising event for my sister-in-law, Brittany Dalton, to help with her fight with cancer. This event is The Facebook Fight For Brittany Fotos and includes a mini photo session and a small resolution file for use on Facebook or any other social networking sites. We've decided to host this event again, but this time all the proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society. We've joined Brittany's team on the Relay for Life and need to help raise money for this important cause. We're ready to help find a cure!

Details and FAQ:

What is the cost?
The donation cost is $25. This amount covers the mini session fee and your favorite small resolution image file from the session.

What is a mini session?
The mini session will be a scheduled 5-10 minute session. I will photograph about 4 to 5 images, indoor with a background. This will definitely be a photograph that you will be proud to use as your profile pic on Facebook, your website or any other social networking sites.

What is the difference between a mini session and a normal session?
Please note that a mini session is not a normal $60-$100 portrait session. A normal session does not include portraits. Normal sessions and artistic images are more expensive because clients are looking for a higher quality product. Regular sessions are from 1-3hrs, offer many locations & multiple backgrounds. The scheduled mini session will be only 5-10 minutes and I will photograph about 4 or 5 images indoor with a background. You will be proud to use this photo as your profile pic on Facebook, your website or any other social networking site.

How many people can be photographed during my session?
Since this is a mini session and is for social networking purposes, it is normally for one person at a time, unless other arrangements have been made. If you want your profile photograph to be of you and one other person (for example, your spouse, child, best friend, dog, etc.,), that would be fine as well. I don't want to get into large groups unless a much larger amount is donated to allow for extra time. Please keep in mind that this is not intended for a family portrait session. It is intended to be a fairly inexpensive and quick way for you or maybe someone you know to get a new photograph that you will be proud to display while donating to the American Cancer Society at the same time.

What kind of background will be available?
I plan to have a few different options available so that we can choose a background that will look best with your clothing. These will be indoor backgrounds but I may have a couple of outdoor options available if the weather is nice.

When will the Benefit be held?
This benefit will be on Saturday, May 21, 2011. Contact me right away to schedule your appointment at athena@athenasportraits.com or on Facebook at my personal profile: Athena Rainbolt. Please keep in mind that the sessions will be very short so it is important for you to choose an appointment time that you will be able to make.

How do I contact you?
Please contact Athena Rainbolt for any questions.

Thank you so much for donating to help find a cure for cancer! Again, all Proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.

Thank you for your interest!!!

Hanna

Hanna is a senior at Coweta High School and the current (2010-2011) Coweta Miss Fall Festival. Isn't she gorgeous?!! I really had a great time photographing Hanna. We photographed her regular portrait session at a very memorable place for her... the place where she got her first deer! It really was a beautiful place. After photographing her session in the country and talking to her and her mom, they told me about her awesome formal dress. I couldn't resist! A few weeks later, we had an awesome 2nd session. Part of them we did at my house and the rest out in the hay! It turned out so fun and beautiful! I am completely convinced that I could get awesome portraits of Hanna no matter what she is wearing! Thank you Shelley and Hanna for choosing me to photograph your senior portraits. You girls were great!

Alyx

Alyx is a senior at Coweta High School. I had the opportunity to photograph her brother a couple of years ago and was so excited that it was her turn. She even helped me out with a sample session at the end of her Junior year. We found lots of fun new locations and her portraits turned out so beautiful. If you haven't had the opportunity to see her senior portrait memory book, ask Alyx to show it to you. It is so beautiful!

Thank you all for choosing me to photograph Alyx's senior portraits. I know what an important time this is in all of your lives and I am honored to have had the opportunity to share part of it with you. I know you will treasure your portraits for many years!!

The Cowles' grandkids

Aren't these kiddos ad0rable? I have to say that there was never a dull moment during this session. We definitely got our exercise in for the day! LOL! This session was photographed in mid November and was a little chilly, but the kids did great! I just love the outfits that their mommies picked out for them. And it was special that we were able to photograph them at their grandma's house (I can't remember what they call you Teresa... Nana, Mimi, grandma??). Although most of the fall color was gone by that time, the pond still turned out beautiful. (But it doesn't hurt to have gorgeous kiddos!) :) Thanks girls for choosing me to photograph your little sweeties!
